This month I had the pleasure of second shooting with Olivia Whittaker at a stunning wedding in the Welsh countryside.
Sian and Matt were a great couple to photograph. Having been travelling the world and spending a lot of their time is Australia, Sian's sister and family had a huge hand in planning the day from the venue to vendors.
I got a chance to photograph Sian getting ready and then headed over to see the boys (and the best (wo)man) in their final preparations before heading to the church. It's always lovely to get a chance to see both sides of the morning preparations!
The day was full of heartfelt surprises, like the all male choir who sang in the church during the ceremony. Seriously, I had shivers! Afterwards, back at the reception venue, the decor was rustic and natural with a hint of a travel theme in the table decorations and table plans.
One of my favourite parts of the day at any wedding is the couples portraits. Its a little part of the day where the newlywed couple can be in each others company, away from the hustle and bustle of the wedding, and take a minute to let it all soak in. With the weather and surroundings being so beautiful it was a perfect set up!
A beautiful day for a wonderful couple.
